EarningStation Hacks or Tips

Surveys

If you want to maximize how much you make with EarningStation, then here are a few tips for you. To increase your earnings, you need to focus on completing as many surveys as possible, as this is where most of the points come from. More points you make, the more SDs you earn. But you should expect to spend a lot of time on them.

Refer a Friend

You can also refer your friends to sign up to EarningStation, via their affiliate referral program and you can find and redeem Bonus Codes to earn more StationDollars.

Set up a separate email account

Although it’s not absolutely necessary, you just might may want to consider setting up a separate email account for this.  Sometimes email offers can be a bit overwhelming, and you may not want your primary email address being inundated with third party offers. If that’s the case, then you might want to consider having a separate email to do this.

EarningStation Complaints

In theory,  this all sounds really good right? But let’s check out what users been saying about EarningStation. Once you get a glimpse of the concerns and complaints you may wonder if it’s really worth it? Now it’s not that EarningStation is a scam, but you should definitely know some of the pitfalls so that you can avoid them and make an informed decision. So here are some the complaints and concerns related to EarningStation.

No survey guarantee

Now, if you’re familiar with taking surveys online, then you most likely know that it can be downright frustrating. You are not always going to get a survey because it all depends on your demographics; age, geographic location, gender, etc. Added to that, you could get disqualified from a survey based on your answers as well. No completed surveys mean no SDs. Truth be told, who really needs to waste that kind of time only to be frustrated?

Slow videos

Earning extra money watching videos sounds super easy right? But slow loading and boring videos are complaints that have been levied against EarningStation by their members. Hey, if you’re up for it, then by all means knock yourself out! But this just seems to be more time consuming than it’s worth.

Time taken to receive credits

Some activities on Get Paid To sites are subject to verification and as such they take a longer time to be credited to your account. For example, it can take up to 45 days for a Groupon purchase to be credited to your account.

EarningStation Areas of Concern

Your Points can be forfeited

If you don’t participate during a 90 day period, what points you’ve earned for completing an activity can be lost. So it’s important for you to keep your account active, once if you sign up. Hey, now don’t say you weren’t told.

Expiration of  Station Dollars

Your earned virtual currency will expire, if you don’t redeem them within a year. In other words, you can kiss all your hard work and efforts goodbye. If you don’t want this to happen to you, then you should definitely make use of them within a year.

Free offers?

Okay, so pay attention here because these free offers ain’t really free. Your credit card information may be required for some of the free offers that might come your way. The concern here is, if it’s free, why is your credit card information needed right? Well here’s what can happen.

When you sign up for a subscription or a free offer of some kind, that service or subscription is free for only so long. If you forget to cancel it, then guess what. Before you know it, your credit card is billed for some arbitrary offer you’re not even interested in. So you need to keep track of those free offers you might be signing up for. Your intent is to make money, not lose it.

This is not a full-time income opportunity

You definitely can’t earn a full time income with this opportunity, that’s for sure. So if you’re looking for a work at home opportunity to quit your 9 to 5, then this is not it. Face it, gift cards and digital rewards can only go so far but it’s not going to help you make a lifestyle change, unlike my Top Free Work At Home Recommendation.

Is EarningStation Legitimate or a Scam?

EarningStation is definitely legitimate. Quite a number of sites have this kind of business model so it does work. But the question is, “Is it the best idea for you, as far as earning an extra income from home?”  If you can overlook the many concerns and complaints, and you don’t mind using your time to earn gift cards and such, then fine, go for it.

However, forfeited points and expiration of Station dollars, defeat the purpose of making an extra income from home doesn’t it?

If you’re looking to earn serious cash from the comfort of your home, then you definitely need to check out my Top Free Work At Home Recommendation.
